​STEP 1 (Agency Interview): The objective of this step is to learn more about you and your goals. We align you with a passionate and seasoned coordinator who is committed to your success.

STEP 2 (Family Application): Families must complete and submit an application upon request.

STEP 3 (Candidate Review): Candidate profiles are sent to families for review and selection.

STEP 4 (Employee Selection): Families will have in-person interviews with candidate(s) for final selection.

STEP 5 (Contract Signing): Families and selected candidate(s) review, sign and date the contract. The contract will be created by The Lindsey Agency.
