Our Process
The process starts with the Agency learning more about you and your goals. We align you with a passionate and seasoned coordinator who is committed to your success. After the interview process is complete and all questions have been thoroughly answered, families must complete and submit an application upon request. Candidate profiles are then sent to families for review and selection via email. Families will have in-person interviews with the candidate(s) for final selection, families often use this time as being a trial for the candidates. Once the family has selected their new trusted keeper, the family and selected candidate(s) review, sign, and date the contract. The contract will be created by The Lindsey Agency.
